    Position summary

    strategic priorities with effective methodologies and closed-loop management approach. Orchestrates resources and ways of working in leading and shaping goal setting and outcomes tracking.

    l Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

    l Operationalize and drive accountability for rigorous, consistent program/ project management framework and process (including metrics, scorecards, heath of indicators, etc.)

    l Develops evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Organizes regular check-in's and learning cycles to ensure seamless coordination across value chains.

    l Maintains a focus on outcomes, ensuring high quality, measurable and timely delivery of the project & programs.

    l Gathers internal and external information for the HR Leadership to facilitate key functional decisions and generate business enabled insights. Serves as a key expert in leading data, analytics and insights generation, and leading program management.

    l Lead ad-hoc projects and mobilize resources where required and promote squad ways of working.

    Qualifications

    Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and leadership

    l Bachelor degree and above with marketing, access or corporate strategy experience in MedTech or related industry. MBA or top consulting firm background is a plus.

    l Be with high energy and the potential to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment; Exhibit strong proactive listening skills to connect the dots effectively and generate insights

    l Be willing to work on both strategic initiatives and operational tasks to ensure the cross HR teams are effective and focused on achieving their priorities.
