Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a division of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Site Leader located in Athens, Georgia.

JJT Site Leader

This role will be the primary JJT partner for the site leadership teams with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio, and investment strategy, aligned to Business and JJT strategy for Athens, Puebla, and SJDC manufacturing sites within the Pharma segment in the Americas region.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for vision, roadmap, portfolio, investments, and priorities of enhancements to a product (applications), platforms, or solutions.
• Accountable for current product line quality performance and communication of production issues to Business Technology Leaders.
• Responsible for Cost-to-Deliver, Product End to End Lifecycle, and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Partnering with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring a reliable, compliant, and secure environment.
