    Position summary

    model: Building a futuristic capability model ahead of the VUCA

    1. Enablement: Implement ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Execution, Evaluation)
    • Understand CE ' s goals and strategies, and work with related departments to generate results.

    • Take responsibility for improving the "quality of sales" of the sales force.

    • Formulate strategies to improve the capabilities of MRs, DMs, and other sales forces, and establish effective and efficient capability development programs and environments.

    • Remodel the behavioral models of MR, DM, and other sales force in consideration of mid-term environmental changes.
