    The overall purpose of job

    Sr. Market Access Specialist is a seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Advises top leadership on executing comprehensive market access strategies and performance against key department goals. Contributes to the body of knowledge of the organization's best practices to develop and produce successful go-to-market health economics market access deliverables. Identifies new methods of data-driven research and insights for leaders and staff members on economic studies. Leads the industry in designing and implementing health research studies and evaluates the value of products based on analysis and customer requirements.

    [Responsibilities]

    • Lead new drug /new indication P&R project

    • Manage post-launch price events (PV, price changes due to generics etc.)

    • Develop a P&R strategy and assess the feasibility of new pipelines

    • Analyze the global PE model and develop local PE data

    • Lead environment shaping and stakeholder engagement

    • Align business strategy as a business partner with a cross-functional team

    • Reimbursement criteria guidance, rejection management

    [ Qualification requirements]

    • More than 5 years of experience in a related field, at least 3+years of experience in Market access professional preferred

    • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at least 1 project experience in pharmacoeconomic research (PE) are desired

    • Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice

    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers

    • Fluency in written and spoken English in addition to local language(s)

    • a Bachelor's or higher degree in pharmacy, or equivalent training as a healthcare provider

    • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at least 1 project experience in pharmacoeconomic research(PE) is desired
