    The overall purpose of the job

    The Sr. Supervisor Deliver Excellence is responsible for oversight of the daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation operated by 3PL and leads the new initiative/projects from the regional & global organization to improve the operation efficiency. The key focus areas include 3PL governance, leading CIP (Cost Improvement Project) attainment, Distribution Center (DC) performance management, and continuous improvement.

    1. Sr. Supervisor Deliver Excellence will closely liaise and perform activities for J&J's Cold Chain Operations team, the following activities relate to CCO scope in this function:

    • Regular meetings with 3PL to align with J&J Global planning, site planning, Transportation, passive shipper planning Follow up on operational shipments, filing, and documentation

    • Understand the operational KPIs and closely monitor that KPIs are attained as agreed by having regular review meetings with 3PL

    • Manage reconciliation and organize and coordinate cycle counts

    • Resolve Issues in day-to-day operations for which the Deliver Excellence supervisor will be trained

    • In collaboration with EM Planner, cold chain planning, 3PL, Deliver Excellence supervisor will safeguard the inventory status and movements, meeting the Korean regulations of storage of pharmaceutical products

    • Bonded transport and storage handling in collaboration with 3PL

    • Capacity planning of the warehouse and shipping optimization between different supply chain nodes

    • Coordination of audits, both internal and external, at 3PL's facility

    2. Monitor and maintain compliance with good Distribution Practices, Health, and safety requirements

    3. Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve business performance

    4. Lead projects related to E2E supply chain operations.

    5. Other responsibilities as required or assigned by management

    [Qualification requirements]

    • More than 8 years of experience in logistics/warehousing field

    • GDP and cold chain experience in pharmaceutical industry are preferred

    • Bachelor's Degree or above

    • Sufficient level of English in both writing and speaking

    • Willing to work outside 9 to 6 times occasionally and be on standby

    • Results-oriented and able to independently create and deliver

    • Relationship with customers / key stakeholders based on high ethical standards

    • Knowledge of quality/compliance, supply chain, operations and logistics is highly desired

    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain preferred

    • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required

    • Good verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English
