This person will work at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology platform/program delivery. This role will be responsible for setting and maintaining a clear operational vision for the assigned products, platforms and associated capabilities in support of Human Resources & Payroll to deliver a safe, healthy and inspiring workplace experience for our employees. You will have close collaboration with key business and IT partners across the JNJ enterprise during the planning, implementation, deployment of products, programs and projects. The individual manages relationships with Business Product Owners (BPO) & squad delivery teams, and is passionate about implementing and maintaining global and regional products across J&J. Representing the voice of Asia Pacific, you will help to shape the global programs to align effectively with our region. It is also required to provide domain expertise working directly with business partners, suppliers and vendors, leading contractors, and other J&J organizations. In this role, you will run the day-to-day execution and delivery of the multiple initiatives and product delivery teams from start to completion. You will focus on delivering technology solutions to the business, working closely with business and technology partners to prioritize critical go-live dates. You will need a good technical team leadership skill, excellence in business partnering and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to influence without authority to achieve common goals. This role requires leading the product roadmaps and current capabilities for Human Resource & Payroll technology products in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards/Benefits, Global Health Services, HR Data, Integrations & Analytics, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. You will collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, or services and make appropriate recommendations. You will also be partnering with vendors to ensure compliance with J&J policies, standards, and procedures. Collaborating with the product owners and sponsors, you will seek opportunities where innovative solutions that can be maximized to improve, automate, simplify business processes, and optimize total cost of ownership. You will also identify innovative solutions to cater to market specific needs, piloting and participating in these experiments to own the innovation and the next generation strategies for the products in your portfolio. You will be engaged in delivering measurable improvements to employee and service experience by driving and enabling the products vision and important metrics and will have overall accountability for the lifecycle management for business applications to which you are assigned. Experience and Skills: Required: • A minimum of 5 years of professional business experience and IT experience/leadership supporting technology and data products in a team-based environment is required. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams. Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization and be able to recommend and implement process improvements is required. • High ability for learning quickly, attention to detail, independently solving problems, and leading simultaneous projects successfully is required. Preferred: • Knowledge and experience with standard methodologies for product development, agile development, information architecture, data & analytics, and user experience principles. • Experience in security technology and/or technology supporting workplace experience.
