Position summary

Johnson & Johnson Technology is recruiting for an IT Manager, Collaboration Services within the Global End User Services organization. This position will be located in Raritan, NJ. We provide technology infrastructure and application development services for J&J business sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Consumer, Hospital Medical Devices, and corporate functions around the globe by delivering core technology capabilities, leading technology innovation and being a valued business partner. This individual is responsible for end-to-end Slack service delivery including all service offerings, in particular the value that the service delivers. Deals with strategy and Slack service management, service roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, budgets, collaboration with partners and vendors, and authorization of the release of new capabilities. Drives service maturity and service metrics. Responsibilities: Review of existing Slack implementations in J&J and their Use Cases. Develop potential Slack implementation models for J&J as a formal Global Service Offering. Strategize existing and new Slack licenses Collaborates with peers in IT, Compliance, Legal, etc. to define and implement standard methodologies and policies for service management and support of collaboration tools Provide operational support for existing Slack Plus Workspaces while planning the migration and consolidation of all the Slack instances at J&J Propose Slack security tools and standards in conjunction with our global security office. Helps establish standard methodologies to manage and maintain API permissions and app integrations Partner with business users in the automating of business workflows and integrations including writing bots, connectors and automating auditing of compliance Act as Service Owner and Point of Contact for inquiries as well as critical issue contact for Slack service. Build processes and supporting materials to operate the service efficiently Maintains a security and compliance focused approach to design, configuration, and administration Solves problems, researches, and resolves priority technical problems and incidents in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Required: Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent Overall 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading global enterprise programs and associated teams. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, time and priority management. Experience leading and supporting technology products and platforms – Lifecycle Management / Technology Enhancements. Confident communicator to operate within the technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences. Ability to thrive in an environment where top priorities are leadership, creativity, accountability, and talent development while working across a culturally diverse environment. Preferred: Domain level expertise in Slack Grid administration, Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology. Slack Admin Certification preferred Proficiency and deep awareness of collaboration platforms and tools space (Office 365, Slack, Box, Dropbox, etc.) Experience working on technology solutions in the healthcare environment, including familiarity with privacy and compliance principles is required Prefer a strong compliance, security, processes, tools experience Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Lead large, moderate to sophisticated projects, programs or initiatives across domains or enterprise.
