    Position Summary:

    The IT Manager Technical Product Owner will work at the intersection of business & technology that combine a deep understanding of business objectives with technology to overcome challenges and adopt the latest technologies roadmaps and trends.

    The IT Manager Technical Product Owner will be accountable for collaborating with our Enterprise Learning and Development Business Product Owners in crafting technical solutions to business needs, define the product vision and roadmap including new features and enhancements, and deliver cohesive and coordinated solutions and operational excellence towards the best employee experience. The position will manage all stages of product lifecycle and product performance and be responsible for technical solution value delivery. The position will work closely with platform technology leaders, technical and business product owners (BPOs), domain architects, regional leads within and across CBT to deliver on strategic objectives and operational excellence.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Ability to align complex architecture to business strategies and initiatives including heavy emphasis on integrated solutions

    • Be a subject matter expert accountable for all tasks and facets related to support of Enterprise Learning, integrated solutions, and peripheral technologies at Global scale.

    • Partner with teams for requirements collection, impact analysis, portfolio prioritization, engineer technical change management approvals and report out to business partners.

    • Partner with external organizations and vendors e.g. Cornerstone on Demand & Compliance Wire to influence the direction of the improvements and functionality.

    • Handle operational responsibilities for issues resolution, incident, service requests, improvements fulfilment with collaboration across product/squads for Learning Management System, and HR Systems related integrated solutions at global and regional level.

    • Collaborate with global/regional product owners, provide technical direction on a Global level.

    • Partner with BPOs to develop long term comprehensive product roadmaps with multi-technology integrated landscape towards cohesive user experience.

    • Support x-functional integrated solutions for Third-Party Vendor applications in Enterprise Learning and handle annual cyclical events and audit processes.

    • Partner and deliver product service packs, upgrades in collaboration with internal and third-party vendor business partners.

    • Coordinate operational and project timelines, track milestones, issue and risks based on the global program critical initiatives and goals.

    • Collaborate and implement standards covering Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid Project methodologies.

    • Partner with Product Analyst to provide the clarity on the business and technical requirements in order to drive the appropriate user stories and sprint planning.

    • Drive robust partnership, visibility and communication by establishing a regular meeting cadence with BPOs.

    • As a key member of CBT, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal business areas, and Third Party Vendors to ensure compliance and excellence in execution.
