Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an ITAS Lead Service Engineer Make and Quality, located in Bridgewater, NJ. The ITAS Lead Service Engineer Make and Quality develops, enhances, and implements technical solutions in Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance, Logistics Execution, Quality and Batch Management in the J&J internal manufacturing sites. This person is also responsible for leading the design and implementation of interfaces with external Manufacturing Execution Systems and Quality Systems, processes related to Manufacturing / Warehouse labels, and manufacturing and warehouse mobile applications for the internal manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for SAP and non-SAP technology enablement capabilities in the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) domain Responsible for planning, design, development, and delivery for changes/projects within PP & QM in North America systems Subject matter expert on shop floor, Process orders, MRP, BOM, Routing/ Master Recipes, Production Versions, QA Lab, quality control and quality assurance processes Partners with external consultants, business IT, and business process owners responsible for manufacturing, warehouse management and quality capabilities within the region. Ensures impact analysis and testing plans, including regression testing analysis and impact to existing functionality are performed as well as risk is properly managed in the platforms / functional spaces under his/her responsibility. Business IT interface Understand the business’s needs and priorities from the product Responsible for design and documentation of proposed solution Responsible for correctly completing development work Responsible for coordination of testing and approvals Business requirements analysis Creates/Documents User stories Defines Acceptance criteria Understands Product complexity and how to prioritize business requirements Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements Prepares functional specifications and partners closely with development team to build, test and implement enhancements and interfaces Project management Creates and manages project in the designated tool, including project work and financials Reports back to the Product Owner on status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applications Propose new and leverage existing J&J system solutions to build the global design. Manages medium complex projects under tight time pressure Ensures compliance and alignment to all regulatory and business requirements Adhere to J&J standards (SDLC, CSV, GxP) Resolves business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost and quality and to ensure realization of business benefits Effectively communicates expectations and status to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion Qualifications Required: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Masters Preferred. 6+ years of experience deploying and supporting ERP Manufacturing/ Make/Quality Management functionality (preferable SAP), including end-to-end full life-cycle activities. 3-5 years SAP experience in PP and IM/WM; (Preferably by being member, team lead within at least 2 SAP implementations or equivalent knowledge gained in support organization 3-5+ years of hands-on configuration experience within the Manufacturing modules of the ERP (preferable SAP) Extensive experience implementing or supporting the SAP PP/ QM module and interfaces to external Manufacturing Execution Systems and Quality Systems is required Change management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience Experiences in project management required, preferably in multi-project and multi-cultural setup Extensive knowledge of GXP processes and regulations is required. Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment with superb communication skills required. Preferred: Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) Module experience 3-5+ years of hands-on configuration experience within PM and QM modules of ERP (preferable SAP) 1-3 years Non-Conformance Management experience preferred (i.e., with Track wise, Symphony, SAP tools) Hands-on experience in SAP ecosystem including Solution Manager Experience with Agile /Flow methodologies, including use of Agile tools like JIRA Understanding of ERP Security and Authorizations (preferable SAP). Data Analytics, Analytics using BW. Good knowledge of healthcare, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies, budgeting. Excellent ability to lead, influence, motivate and inspire others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, exceptional service orientation and strong negotiating skills.
