Purpose: Customers Development and Customer Key Contact (Territory Independent Outlets, Local Key Accounts, Distributors). Assist to develop and executes Sales strategies in meeting business goals and driving strategic, sustainable growth. Work Relationship: Internal: Trade Marketing, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Finance, ITC, Supply Chain and IT. This position will also be interacting closely with regional/ local SFE + sales analyst External: Customers, Eye Care Professionals (owners/ managers/ optometrists/ Frontline Sales) and event management companies, merchandising suppliers, Trainer Key Accountabilities: Manages Sales performance and product portfolio of assigned accounts Develop growth Plan for assigned accounts Delivers against Key Call objectives (mainly in outdoor works) Submits territory and cycle plan reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on relevant customer and market issues Build strong partnerships with accounts to develop the ongoing business Installs and provides follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts Might be involved in cross-functional projects Follow credo and HCC principles in day to day execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above At least 3 years' sales experience is preferable( less experience will be considered) Willing to work at outdoor, be proactive, good team player, responsible & innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result Excellent communication and presentation skill in both English and Chinese How to Apply: If you are keen to take up the challenges, please click "apply now".
