Janssen Japan is looking for an experienced customer-focused marketing leader to own the strategy and execution of end-to-end CX & marketing initiatives. You will manage a team of Customer Experience, marketing, content and analytics experts to build loyalty and engagement by crafting campaigns that touch customers throughout their journey.
This is a strategic role, focused on how we use data to reach key insights on the kind of content our doctors want to receive, how they receive it, where they receive it (in what channel), and what they might find useful to receive next.
In this role, you will need to be able to understand and interpret data, know how to spot the insights, and importantly know how to make decisions based on it. Your insights and recommendations will ensure the very best experiences are produced and delivered to our customers.
We are looking for Agile Marketing Lead with expertise in planning and supervising marketing campaigns with a customer-centric approach. You will be maintaining the team’s backlog in collaboration with Scrum Master and Agile Coach. You will be part of the team that measures campaign and process performance and deliver frequent reports
•Design, own, implement and optimize a diverse range of activities (a blend between marketing and human-centered design) that are truly customer-focused and are centered on the customer end-to-end journey in multiple channels leveraging data and technologies
•Lead a cross-functional non-technical team of CX, content, marketing, creative, and campaign analytics specialists, helping to define workflow and structure
•Drive and influence customer-led ways of working (such as using deep customer insights in decision-making), using design thinking methodologies to design and deliver differentiated customer experiences aligned with the customer engagement strategy
•Contribute to the development of Janssen’s Asia Pacific Customer Experience strategy identifying our key signature experiences based on our customer strategy and key deliverables to drive growth, commercial outcomes, and our CX ambitions
•Work with stakeholders like Brand and Creative agencies to drive creative planning, design, copywriting, and asset creation for campaigns, including media planning from briefing through to implementation
•Bring an experimental approach to test campaigns that drive performance. Partner with analytics to capture insights, build hypotheses, identify customers, and unpack campaign performance
•Build reports to monitor campaign activity and impact, manage the ROI from activities and present that data to senior stakeholders
•Inform our technology choices for CX & lifecycle marketing efforts so we can deliver a better end-to-end user experience
•Building strong working relationships at all levels with internal teams and stakeholders
This role represents an exciting opportunity to help shape the direction of data science at Janssen Japan from the beginning and drive its development into a mature operation, adding real value to the business.
This role requires experience on digital marketing and running agile marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who has experience in setting up agile marketing and content transformation from scratch in previous roles. You will be expected to liaise with stakeholders around the business to improve execution of current projects and accelerating innovation. You will also be working with supporting technology teams to improve data mining processes of internal and external data sources.
