-Export tracking data from various owned and 3rd party digital channels and Veeva CRM system for lead tracking and analysis
-Apply statistical analysis for projects in order to inform marketing and sales decision makers
-Develop actionable insights and analysis to make recommendations on key strategic decisions
-Work with data quality team to identify opportunities to record and track data for reporting consistencies across systems
-Collaborate with Business team to generate integrated channel reports for distribution and analysis
-Coordinate with Agency to answer specific questions related to campaign efficiency
-Provides marketing team members with weekly campaign updates and performance reports throughout the duration of a campaign
-Monitor all campaigns to ensure doctor messages are being delivered as intended
-Provide proactive optimizations based on delivery and performance
-Work alongside marketing and agency to help identify upsell opportunities
-Communicate campaign-level updates to Sales and internal stakeholders
-Provide campaign wrap reports to the agency highlighting areas of success and recommendations for future campaigns
-Work with media planners and product manager to ensure smooth and timely launch of digital ad campaigns
-Understand campaign KPIs and carry those through the campaign delivery, optimizations and reporting
-Coordinate with digital Operations team be a point of escalation for the team to quickly resolve campaign issues
-Provide reps with weekly campaign updates and performance reports throughout the duration of a campaign
-Monitor/manage larger digital executions from an operational standpoint
-Day-to-day liaison with editorial from an operational stand point

-The ideal candidate possesses keen analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and strong communication skills
-1-3 years' experience in digital planning, sales support or finance
-Strong communication, organization skills for general planning with emphasis on time management and resources
-1-3 years' experience working in the digital media space
-Familiar with first and third party reporting tools, CRM tools, various digital channels
-Exceptional communication in English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills / team player story.
-Knowledge or experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
-Change management skill
-Fluency in Japanese
-Business English TOEIC: 800 and above (if non-native)
