[Janssen] Data Analytics Manager, Data Management & Reporting Group, Customer Excellence, Commercial Excellence Division

Janssen Pharmaceutical K.K. is looking for a manager who will be leading projects and jobs from data analytics domain. (Location: Tokyo).

The role is to work for key commercial initiatives and daily jobs in areas of customer engagement, patient experience and data science. Specifically, the role is responsible to provide them with actionable insights for optimal approach, execution management and governance across data, analytics, metrics, reporting and tools in order to ensure their strategic alignment and success.

This is critical role for Janssen Commercial Division to realize our data and analytics future state where we have best-in-class capability to deliver the maximal value of data for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• To define data and analytics strategies and communicate them with stakeholders
• To identify opportunities in data, analytics, metrics, reporting and related tool and propose actionable insights
• To supervise and execute data management jobs (e.g. master data management, data change management across channels and system, data quality management, content management)
• To optimize data and analytics related tools environment (e.g. BI tool, contents and Tagging management tools, data catalogue)
• To lead strategic use of infrastructure service and platforms for data and analytics
• To conduct appropriate training as required by Johnson & Johnson Group and Janssen Pharmaceutical employees to comply with regulations and compliance
