Janssen Pharmaceutical K.K. is looking for a manager who leads key projects and daily jobs in Data and Analytics (D&A) area (Location: Tokyo). The role is to lead projects to develop strong data-driven culture and maximize data value with delivering strategic solutions while engaging in D&A environment development and management in Japan Commercial divisions. This role’s responsibilities include a definition of future state of Janssen’s D&A environment, selection of best fit tools and vendors and project execution and management e.g. definition of required data and function, system testing, end user training and support etc. Aside from project leading, the role will work with other teams to secure the quality of data and reports we provide through solid management of dashboard and data governance. It’s also expected to play a role to liaise with a specific therapeutic area focused team as a D&A point of contact. Therapeutic area assignment is subject to negotiation. Key Responsibilities: • Project Lead To plan, develop, and implement strategic solutions for both business and IT in D&A domain with playing a project lead role that includes task design and execution, status and issue management, reporting, team member management, stakeholder management, resource management, contract management etc. all in a proactive manner with limited supervision. To execute and manage daily jobs in operation phase – ongoing basis operational improvements, drive compliance with internal and external regulations, new and mid-career and ad-hoc trainings • D&A environment management To collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and identify issues and opportunities to keep an optimal D&A environment To actively research best practice and cutting-edge cases outside of Janssen or industry to define, propose and deliver improvement initiatives To support related projects Others To conduct appropriate training as required by Johnson & Johnson Group and Janssen Pharmaceutical employees to comply with regulations and compliance.
