Role and Responsibilities
The ultimate mission of this role is to seed and develop strong, competitive marketing organization together with BUs, so that JPKK could provide more relevant communication to patients & HCPs with omni channel vs. key competitions.
1.Define the future vision, competency model of JPKK marketers to be in line with commercial vision, strategies.
2.Develop short to mid-term training strategies and programs for cross JPKK (+specific DA if necessary) marketing capability building.
3.Conduct periodical capability assessment and program analysis.
4.Lead the execution and periodical review of training programs.
