POSITION SUMMARY Management of scientific knowledge and medical information based on customer needs and product life cycle in Japan. Creation, maintenance and provision of FAQs in reference global SRD to medical/phone-representatives, and also co-promotion partners. Develops basic, HCC-compliant materials in accordance with industry standards Responsible for quality of fundamental materials and Proper Use Guides Responsible for scientific judgement of the review process for appropriate materials and medical information. (for Manager) Influence the performance of the department /group with a global and company-wide perspective(a role model for others) Encourage and support non-managers in the department/group to perform Band equivalent tasks and responsible for human resource development Qualifications RELATED EXPERIENCE Work experience of 4-5 years in pharmaceutical industry or medical institute. Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Development, etc. Medical doctor, pharmacist, nurse, other Para-medicals and medical representaitives (MR) (request basis) LIST JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED: Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel in a cross-functional team environment. Verbal & written communication skills with polite & assertiveness mannor. Understanding on regulatory and legal requirements associated with pharmaceutical information provision. Strong work ethic, integrity and respect. Problem solving and decision-making skills with proactively. Negotiaton skill with colleagues who are conflicts of interests (eg.
