[Summary]
The financial analyst will manage the business planning, complex financial transactions and flows, inventory accounting for Janssen vaccine in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. Strong effective interpersonal skills are required to provide Supply Chain finance process expertise across the organization with a focused relationship with business partners of the site

[Responsibilities] 

•    Provide support for business planning and forecast cycles.

•    Provide support for the quarterly closing of the company.

•    Provide financial support to all departments in the plant including capital/investment proposals.

•    Responsible for ad hoc reports and various financial projects.

•    Reviews, discusses and challenges any kind of business process.

•    Improve the reporting and planning process and provide management with transparent information to support business decisions

[Requirements]

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or equivalent with professional experience but not limited. (preferred) 

•    Proven track record of supply chain finance experience. (preferred) 

•    Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

•    Big picture orientation with attention to detail

•    Sound knowledge of a broad range of financial aspects

•    Act as a team player and participate in various non-financial discussions, projects, and actions.

•    From a financial compliance point of view, it’s expected to have knowledge of GAAP (Korea/US), IFRS, and SOX-related requirements.
