The MedTech DELIVER organization is positioned to support our MedTech and Vision businesses. Deliverstrives to achieve exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer‐facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics, and transportation. Within MedTech DELIVER, the North American group leads projects across a complex network of Distribution centers (DCs) across US and Canada supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J’s broad range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role – the Lead, JJOS / Business Excellence will:
• Sustainably measure, deploy, develop, or improve and implement business processes and tools considered best in class for Deliver operations and business processes.
• Advance Deliver Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the region, prioritizing and leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies.
• Develop and perform JJOS / Business Excellence assessments or Capability Gap Assessments in the NA DELIVER Segment to define opportunities, with multi‐functional partners and implement improvements.
• Lead and Develop training for NA Deliver partners in areas like Performance Management, Metrics, and Distribution Process Best Practices.
• Champion change management projects across supply chain elements connecting PLAN through DELIVER. This includes global and regional metrics; and JJOS deployments to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates business case definitions and results presentations as required. The role will establish and maintain key partnerships across Deliver organization to ensure an integrated approach to process improvement, Lean & Faster Forward mindset.
• Connect, use and learn from global standard methodologies (e.g., GDEx, Deliver Operations, Plan) and adapt to regional capability needs.
• Support the sites to identify capability gaps to improve efficiency and define how to address.
