This role is responsible for shaping, designing, and executing HR digital transformation solutions for one or more HR functions for service delivery and corporate services in line with strategic plans and vision. In addition, this role will be responsible for the establishment of a service delivery led engagement and partnership model for the HR digital team spanning Global Services (GS) and GSHR ecosystems by leveraging GS and Enterprise digital and technology capabilities.
The role will be accountable to drive the program governance to ensure successful deployment, adoption and value realization of digital transformation solutions for the HR function. The role will report to the Head, Global Digital HR Transformation.
