The Leader, Digital Enablement will own, define, articulate, and implement the digital strategy, and shape the product vision(s) for talent technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key partners to develop near and long-term digital strategies and interpret into product roadmaps Translate business strategy into technology solutions Deliver new and/or overhaul existing talent technology solutions Identify critical gaps and opportunities for current systems that result in an improved employee experience Support proof of concepts to rapidly test and agilely experiment Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 5 years of progressive product / digital / technology experience Large SaaS implementation and maintenance experience Working on projects where significant change was implemented Balancing cross-functional business processes and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment Demonstrable track record to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and the ability to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans Preferred: Leading enabling learning, recruiting, performance, or development technologies in a fast-paced environment Experience with Talent technology solutions Agile methodology + Design Thinking Global role or environment with understanding and appreciation for regional differences Other: This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ, Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL full-time and may require up to 10% travel, both domestic and international.
