    Position summary

    Johnson & Johnson has one opening for Leader- HR Learning & Development. This position can be located in New Brunswick NJ, Tampa FL, Orlando FL, High Wycombe UK, Paris France, Sao Paulo Brazil and Bogota Colombia. This is a hybrid position.

    To transform the way learning is done across Johnson & Johnson, we are taking the first step by collaborating with the critical business leaders to build an enterprise learning function, J&J Learn. This team will craft the Learning & Development strategy and ecosystem for Johnson & Johnson and will work across our learning teams across the globe. To enable this effort, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Leader – HR Learning & Development, within the J&J Learn organization, located in any J&J site locations.

    In this role, you will work with partners across Human Resources and subject matter experts to develop engaging content and campaigns to support the learning and development of our OneHR Function. You will build strong internal and external partnerships to co-create an impactful learning curriculum with an emphasis on a set of priority skills identified for our function. You will work with marketing and communication teams and external suppliers to design and deliver innovative campaigns to promote development opportunities to HR and drive a culture of learning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the learning content strategy across our development framework (education, experience, exposure) including the evaluation of current offerings (and measuring impact) and developing our ongoing curriculum. Scope includes: Online learning content in J&J Learn Human Resources Channel; Instructor led courses; other innovate ways to bring relevant content to our OneHR community
    • Partner with Enterprise learning teams (e.g. Digital & Tech Practice) to identify and pull through relevant enterprise content aligned to our priority HR skill areas.
    • Work in partnership with our HR Communications team to develop impactful campaigns to raise awareness of HR Development offerings and increase adoption of learning experiences across our development framework.
    • Lead HR Learning & Development operations including day to day relationship with GS who support us in the delivery of our instructor led courses and our HR memberships. Keep our HR Channel in J&J Learn and SharePoint up to date and meeting the needs of our learners
    • Develop strong partnerships with other internal learning functions e.g. GS and TA to ensure a connected learning experience to our OneHR community.
    • Maintain strategic relationship with HR Learning & Development vendors who support our learning curriculum.
    • Ad hoc project work aligned to our strategic priorities
    • Stay up to date with latest and future learning trends
