Travel: This position will require up to 20% domestic and international travel. MAKE Asset Management (MAM) organization: The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems activities. This occurs in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing & Technical Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network. The LM platform currently comprises of Drug Substance API and Drug Product Fill/Finish manufacturing sites with both clinical & commercial capabilities in US: Malvern PA and Puerto Rico; in Europe: Leiden NL, Schaffhausen CH, Cork IRL; and in Asia: Incheon, South Korea. The LM MAM Platform Learning and Capabilities Lead will be responsible for the development and implementation of the learning and capabilities development program across the Large Molecule MAM team. The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have: Responsible for developing and maintaining the MAM upskilling/training program Develop and deploy workforce planning action plans and communications Partner with key MAM site SMEs to ensure site team inputs are identified, with BUHR on delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning Initiative requirements and Workforce of the Future-related programs and with the JJSC Academy to ensure LM MAM development requirements are supported Evaluate and implement new and innovative learning technologies for MAM from within J&J and through external connections Create MAM-specific onboarding package for new starts to provide a sense of the identity of the LM MAM organisation Act as a Change Agent and trained facilitator as part of our MAM WAVE agile teams program Support assignments in other areas of the MAM organisation as needed #INDHP Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements: Capabilities identified as priority for our Workforce of the Future are: Digital & Technology Change Leadership Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Process knowledge & expertise End to End mindset A minimum of a Bachelors degree required in engineering/science or other technical degree Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing and related experience required. Experienced, confident, competent L&D Professional comfortable at working across functions and all levels. Experience building and delivering learning and development experiences. Must have strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups Strong communication skills and organisational change skills Strong organization and prioritization skills Experience in Asset Management Business Processes and Asset Management Systems knowledge and practical application is a benefit. Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required. Proven success in: Driving operational excellence across the organization, with measurable, financial, quality and cycle time results. Leadership experience in management of partners and customers in a global/regional setting in associated business function is preferred. Creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision. Developing working strategic plans in alignment with the corporate strategic goals. Proven track record of successfully implementing change in a complex environment, that demonstrates strong leadership and potential, leading and working with multi-functional teams.
