    Position summary

    join our team as a Legal & Compliance Business Liaison. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about ethics and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Your role will be vital in ensuring strict adherence to industry standards for compliance requirements. You will work closely with different departments and individuals to identify areas for process improvement in compliance proceedings. Your strong communication abilities will be essential as you facilitate effective communication between legal, compliance, and business teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to successfully implement legal and compliance strategies.

    • Provides advice and support to business teams on a wide range of practical matters.

    • Ensures business and corporate initiatives align with compliance rules.

    • Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents (proof of service, invoices, etc.).

    • Proactively identifies compliance issues and recommends courses of remediation.

    • Conducts sophisticated compliance reviews and implements corrective actions.

    • Assists with the management of periodical compliance reporting requirements.

    • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization

    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance legal and compliance awareness within the organization

    Qualifications

    • Experience in the legal, compliance or a related field is also acceptable.

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry

    • Strong knowledge of legal & compliance principles and regulations

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    • Fluency in English and German
