    Legal Director Oncology / Hematology (m/f/d)

    In a team of 7 local lawyers closely connected to our approximately 50 EMEA colleagues, the team offers a collaborative team spirit, an international work environment, the possibility to specialize on legal focus areas, an open-door policy and flat hierarchies, performance linked wages including an infrastructure offering childcare, fitness studio, participation in a pension plan & flexibility. This team has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Director Oncology / Hematology position!

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • To drive ground-breaking healthcare innovation of our Janssen oncology / hematology business as guide strategic advisor responsible for leading legal issues directed at driving revenue growth and strategically counseling to improve customer engagement related to the respective Business Units with the opportunity to assume leadership responsibility for a team of lawyers, including but not limited to actively chip in to and participate in AMNOG price negotiations for our comprehensive oncology / hematology portfolio
    • Provide hands-on legal counsel to all levels of executive staff on any legal questions especially around market access, pricing & reimbursement
    • Shape, defend and check promotional activities
    • Contribute to regulatory legal aspects especially in data generation & early access programs
    • Advise on competition law related questions, corporate governance, and legal compliance
    • Support transactions and collaborations with other Pharm partners
    • Lead the operations of the legal sub team Oncology / Hematology including establishment of methods and metrics to evaluate accomplishments of stated objectives, drafting key documents, communicating clear recommendations and contribute to innovative inhouse legal training formats
