    Sr. Director, MedTech Education Latin America

    Location: Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, or Chile

    Key Responsibilities:

    The MedTech Education Senior Director is responsible for leading the education organization in Latin America for Johnson & Johnson MedTech, ensuring the highest quality clinical education for health care professionals (ProfEd) and for the commercial organization (CommEd). This leader is also responsible for HCP education events management, HCP engagement & operations, for managing the Johnson & Johnson Institute in São Paulo, and for setting strategic direction and implementing new capabilities in Digital Education and Strategic Skills Education. Additional duties and responsibilities include:

    Key Objectives and Responsibilities

    1. Lead organization of 80 FTE team in Latin America to ensure flawless execution and great customer experiences in ProfEd and CommEd for Ethicon, DPS and CSS
    2. Set education strategy and evolution aligned with cluster and franchise needs
    3. Drive education innovation agenda, including Digital Education Solutions to accelerate adoption of new procedures and products
    4. Financial accountability for LatAm CME budget (Continuous Medical Education), ensuring full compliance of educational events execution
    5. Develop and align on a long-term footprint & partnership strategy for the Johnson & Johnson Institute, including preparation for digital surgery
    6. Develop road map and implement new Strategic Skills Education team, to address sales leadership, marketing capability skills and strategic account management education, leveraging Global EdTech programs and JJLearn
    7. Define, deploy and monitor key education metrics to improve organization´s effectiveness towards goals
    8. Member of the MedTech Education Global Board Team to provide regional inputs and influence the overall MedTech education agenda, worldwide
