Our Kitting and Assembly Lead ensures daily execution of kitting assembly for distribution operations in collaboration with the 3PL Logistics Partner. Successful achievement in Commercial and Loaner Assembly Operations, Operational KPIs, Cost Improvement and Service executed in collaboration with the 3PL service partner, Functional Business Partners and Commercial Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide active leadership for distribution operations.
• Primary point of contact for Kitting Assembly and Loaner Kit Build
• Translate and integrate Franchises / Customers requirements into the Kit Assembly/Build execution process.
• In collaboration with Franchises, develop and execute on forecast and business plans.
• Establish communication protocol and plans for commercial ops and loaner operations kit builds to disseminate with 3PL partner and Leadership
• Manage/monitor order processing, reporting in SAP (MMS) and Blue Yonder
• Provide leadership to assure Kitting operations meet business priorities (i.e., NPI Launches, Loaner Kits NPI and expansions, and prioritization of inbound/outbound of both inventory and commercial kit distribution)
• Deliver on time completion of project actions owned by the site.
• Meet/Exceed all operations metrics outlined for the operation.
• Meet all financial obligations for site operations. Explore and Identify Cost and Process improvements opportunities (Service, Productivity, Compliance).
• Responsible for Site Compliance to Local, State, Federal, Corporate Driven and Insurance Requirements
• Ensure compliance to SOX/FDA/GMP audits at the Distribution Center.
• Responsible to meet all 3PL management dimensions of HS&E as governed by the J&J Standards.
• Enable a culture of Process Excellence to include best industry practices. Facilitate best practices to the operation.
