Logistics Data Analyst Fall Co-op (8 months to 1 year Contract)

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work in partnership across multiple functions such as CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment), Transportation, Customer Service and/or DC operations on various opportunities that include recommending and implementing process improvements using analytical and reporting tools, developing dashboards, and other ad hoc requests. The incumbent will be expected to lead projects driving process optimization, cost improvement, and value creation initiatives that contribute to continued success of Supply Chain Canada. Qualifications Education: Must have completed two years of undergraduate studies towards a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Business. Qualifications Must possess excellent analytical, quantitative, and conceptualization skills and be proficient with tools such as Excel Very strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style, able to work with multiple partners and influence them Able to handle multiple projects and initiatives to meet due dates Organized self-starter with the ability to work independently within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in written and oral English Must have interest and aptitude for working with big data, data science and machine learning Experience with dashboard development in Power Bi or Tableau preferred Experience working with databases (AWS, Azure) / SQL knowledge preferred Experience with technologies which have growing business importance such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, etc. preferred Experience with project management and Six Sigma / Lean methodology preferred At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
