Job Description The Sr. Product Manager will be a key member of the Magellan PMO responsible for driving the global analytics & reporting blueprint into an executable and operational solution. The purpose of the Product Manager is to lead the Analytics workstream, supporting Magellan, to drive a solution design that aligns with the global template established by the Global Product Owner (GPO) while still delivering to the requirements provided by the Business Process Owner (BPO). The Product Manager must drive alignment between Magellan BPO, GPO and the project team to enable the solution and process blueprint in the ERP and the ecosystem. The Sr. Product Manager will be an expert within the Analytics functional space and strive to deliver core business capabilities and products to meet critical business process needs within the Analytics functional areas. The Sr. Product Manager is the functional workstream lead on the project team and is responsible for driving the global blueprint/template into an executable and operational ERP solution. The Product Manager will ensure the functional business needs are met via deployment of a solution that maintains the global template established by the Global Product Owner (GPO). The product manager is responsible for highlighting business requirements that deviate from the blueprint/template, and escalate for review, resolution and approval. The Product Manager will lead the workstream through solution design, build, test and supporting change management and adoption of the process. The successful candidate must be able to successfully collaborate with the Global Product Owner and Business Process Owner, while leading the project workstream team to deliver a fully tested solution that maintains the global template while delivering to the business requirements for Magellan. Key Responsibilities Ensure all KPIs met Business needs after S4 go-live and integration with the associated ecosystems. Lead the delivery of the reporting solution through Valuestream Leads (VSLs)/PMO for Magellan (S/4 Reporting - Deloitte, Satellite Systems - IT, CDL Azure) as well as Process Capabilities related to Reporting. Will support methodology, alignment, and PMO/business solutioning for non-S/4 reporting. Drive Business alignment related to Reporting & Analytics in close collaboration with Magellan Value Stream Leads & PMO. Drive alignment across TranSCend/ Magellan PMO/ Value Stream Leads, and report out on outcomes/ blockers/ mitigation through Magellan PMO Meetings. Active involvement in Magellan workshops & design excellence with focus on reporting impact and interdependencies; support S/4 Workshop coordination with Deloitte. Responsible for the planning and executing of all process design, build, test, and adoption activities within the Analytics functional area within the project team with a heavy focus on Magellan scope. Collaborate with Business Process Owner and the Global Product Owner on planning and prioritization of any process blueprint and build requirements. Partner across workstreams to establish integrated/aligned project plans, schedules, deliverables. Will work in continued collaboration with various value streams and business owners to define requirements and provide timely analytics and insights in an aligned approach. Includes increased focus on standardardization, driving consistent and repeatable processes, and alignment of outputs/KPIs. Leverage process design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence to drive comprehensive solutions within the scope of the project. Review and approve process decisions, designs and relevant builds/deployments to ensure compliance with the global template. Collaborates and brings in relevant SMEs and BPOs, GPO to ensure global processes definition. Reviews and approves end user change management mitigations for process changes. Deviations from Standard ERP or Template, requires PMO leadership review and approvals. Accountability for driving the functional Analytics work stream within the project. Partner with project data team to ensure data configuration meet business capability needs. Partner with project management office to establish integrated project plans / schedules / deliverables. Partner with business adoption team to ensure change management, business readiness, site readiness, and training are delivered to meet business needs Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable. Requires a minimum of 5 years of Analytics/Reporting business experience or in large transformation programs. Requires a minimum of 3 years of business process design, engineering, or optimization. Requires strong knowledge of Medical Devices Supply Chain. Strong and proven project management experience. Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required. Experience in analytics and technology deployment, with demonstrated expertise in foundational data and analytics development. Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders. Familiarity with GxP and Sox requirements and regulations is helpful. Showing initiative in innovative approaches to challenges in a fast-paced, changing global environment. Building consensus and ability to negotiate trade off decisions across the organization. Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments required Strong communication and change management skills. Strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building instincts, with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate both internally and externally. Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise required Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment required Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful Requires Travel: up to 25% domestic and international.
