Position summary
Janssen, the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, is the most innovative pharmaceutical company in the world. Within the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) department we are looking for a maintenance coordinator R&D.
In this role you will be the end to end responsible for the critical installations of washing machines & autoclaves in the Beerse campus site. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as point-of-contact for resolving washing machine and autoclaves issues, ensuring system ownership of critical washers and autoclaves within the 23 R&D buildings.
- Leads all aspects of all requests coming from the various corners: operators, customers, facility desk, manager, work planners or project coordinator.
- Be the outstanding communicator and work with associated firms to carry out preventive issues and repairs. Associated work permits will also be prepared and drafted.
- Builds on quality engagements with suppliers to identify and implement improvements regarding their performance, quality, and cost.
- Extraordinary asset-management and spare part management.
- Lead or act as Core Team Member in multidisciplinary project teams, representing the operational team.
