As the Maintenance Engineering Specialist you will be responsible for providing production equipment technical support to the site. You will be part of the overall site goal of enhancing asset performance in accordance with the Make Asset Management (MAM) Mission statement. Which is to deliver reliable, driven, and innovative Asset Management across Janssen MAKE Network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure constant audit readiness.
• Driving execution of reliability projects.
• Handling deviations and change requests promptly to ensure compliance with EHS and GMP requirements.
• Serve as SPOC for audits, both internal and external.
• Responsible for the administration of quality investigations and quality systems within the maintenance realm.
• Lead CMMS system as Site Administrator to ensure compliance and accuracy as well as maintaining integrity of access.
• Engineering out re-occurring equipment problems.
• Supporting investigation and resolution of problems.
• Inputting into equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
