The Maintenance Supervisor II is responsible for supervising daily Maintenance activities of HVAC and service contractors. They provide input and feedback to the planning and scheduling of work and ensure high levels of schedule attainment and resource utilization. The Supervisor will enhance the engagement and performance of assigned individuals through effective leadership and communication. They will also ensure that all work is completed in an efficient and safe manner.
