    Job Summary:

    Lead a team of EH&S professionals to build and maintain a safe workplace for fellow associates and ensure the protection of the environment. Collaborate with internal business customers and domain experts to ensure compliance with regulations and implementation of innovative EH&S techniques.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Guide a skilled team of EH&S professionals to deliver outstanding EH&S services at the San Angelo manufacturing site.
    • Build value by driving greater efficiency and standardization in the deployment of EH&S resources, processes, procedures and programs.
    • Guide the progress of management action plans, providing technical support to ensure corporate, business segment, and site goals are achieved.
    • Owns decision rights for site-level EHS hiring, staff management and workload distribution.
    • Continuously monitor all aspects of site performance and provide direction to site leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide EHS&S technical assistance and support to site.
    • Prepare, submit, and maintain records and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
