    The primary role of this position is to lead cross-functional teams whose aim is to analyze data to uncover actionable customer and scientific insights for the Janssen Scientific and Medical Affairs organizations.   The responsibilities include the leveraging of analytical solutions and methodologies to guide and assist the teams through the journey from data to insights, partnering closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization to gather feedback for continued insight generation process improvement and share best practices and lessons learned.

    The incumbent will also manage the creation and improvement of relevant insights solutions and coordinate with IT to expand data sources and implement new analytical capabilities. The incumbent will also conduct a variety of training programs on relevant insight processes, methodologies, and best practices and manage the communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leading Insight Teams and Insights Operations

    • Work closely with the cross-functional therapeutic area teams to continuously implement end-to-end insight generation processes that are integrated with their day to day business workflow.
    • Provide comprehensive operational support of existing insights solutions to all functional areas within assigned therapeutic areas by leveraging advanced analytics to drive competitive advantages, inform our decisions, and innovate the way we operate.  
    • Assist with routine or ad-hoc reporting and come up with automated solutions to increase efficiency
    • Single point of contact for reporting, insights, and supporting ad-hoc requests.
    • Perform extensive analytical assessments to describe cause and effect relationships, assess trends
    • Provide training on effective use of insights solutions and capabilities. 

    Execute Ad-hoc or Routine Visualization and Reporting

    • Assist with routine or ad-hoc reporting and come up with automated solutions to increase efficiency
    • Single point of contact for reporting, insights, and supporting ad-hoc requests.
    • Perform extensive analytical assessments to describe cause and effect relationships, assess trends

    Project Management and Quality Management on Insights Solutions

    • Identify and engage partners across Scientific and Medical Affairs, IT organization, work with management, to participate in both shaping and execution; 
    • Partner with data owners and content owners across scientific functions and internal data governance manager to ensure data quality and proper presentation of metrics
    • Lead all aspects of project tracking, benchmarking, evaluation to ensure delivery of insights solutions.
    • Business lead for the analytics solutions and drive resolution of all escalated risks and issues during program execution and post implementation operations of the program portfolio
    • Ensure compliance and access to assigned operationalized capabilities, including participating in problem-solving and issue resolution as required
    • Assure analytic platforms are reliable. Accountable for timeliness and integrity of KPI reporting
