In this role, you will partner with a broad network of HR and business leaders to identify impactful research projects and lead a portfolio of people analytics initiatives that advance business and talent strategies. This includes developing analytics proposals, engaging in and leading all aspects of analytics work and delivering practical, data-driven insights. Your work will require the integration of employee sentiment and listening, diversity/equity and inclusion, and other people measures into compelling narratives that link business performance to human capital decisions.
