    Position summary

    Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. is recruiting for  2   Managers, People Analytics and Outcomes , which will support either Med Tech or Pharm.  The position supporting Medtech, may be located in either  Raritan or New Brunswick, NJ;  the position supporting Pharm business may be located in either  Spring House or Horsham, PA or New Brunswick, NJ .

    In this role, you will partner with a broad network of HR and business leaders to identify impactful research projects and lead a portfolio of people analytics initiatives that advance business and talent strategies. This includes developing analytics proposals, engaging in and leading all aspects of analytics work and delivering practical, data-driven insights. Your work will require the integration of employee sentiment and listening, diversity/equity and inclusion, and other people measures into compelling narratives that link business performance to human capital decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish trust and simplify complex topics and influence senior leaders
    • Translate core business strategies into testable hypotheses and partner across the full span of Decision Sciences to design and implement analytical projects that deliver actionable insight
    • Act proactively, elicit needs from internal partners and act in a primary role as a trusted business and analytical partner
    • Design, implement, and lead analytical initiatives that make the best use of human capital investments and ensure maximum return from its talent
    • Identify and prioritize people analytics use cases that add differentiated value to the business and enable data-based talent decisions
    • Partner closely with broader People Analytics and Decision Science team members to deliver comprehensive insights
    • Leverage metrics and analyses to provide strategic insights to positively impact the business
    • Clearly communicate insights that drive measurable results
    • Concisely explain complex concepts to senior leadership, technical and non-technical partners
    • Support efforts to elevate the analytical acuity and Visier platform fluency of aligned HR teams
    • Conducts moderately complex calculations/analysis in Visier, Excel or tool of your choice including pivot tables, percentages, trend lines, etc.
    • Influences and advises on data collection approaches, analysis methodologies and interpretation of insight
    • Support ad hoc data requests and analyses for Senior Leader
    • Work independently and with others in a collaborative environment
    • Demonstrate discretion when dealing with highly confidential employee data
    • Remain knowledgeable about effective people analytics projects at other companies
    • Provide informal coaching to members of the WFA team to increase engagement and productivity
