The Manager, Specialty Pharmacy and HUB Analytics – Neuroscience Patient Experience (Px), is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Neuroscience franchise. The role will focus on insights into the patient experience at Janssen’s HUB and at Specialty Pharmacies and partner with cross-functional stakeholders within Commercial Excellence and the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization to identify opportunities to enhance Patient Experience. The Manager will serve as an internal consultant to PECS Specialty Pharmacy Strategy and Patient Access Solutions teams and the Strategic Customer Group Specialty Pharmacy National Account Team. This individual will also partner closely with Commercial Insights & Strategy (CIS) and other cross functional partners. This position plays a key role in advising and counseling business partners in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results. This individual will be familiar with patient-level data and market dynamics pertaining to specialty pharmacies, HUB services, patient experience, and patient affordability. Key Responsibilities include: Lead specialty pharmacy performance tracking and reporting Neuroscience specialty brands including analytics of SP data to proactively generate and communicate insights. Collaborate with Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions and Specialty Pharmacy National Account Directors (SP NADs) on data requirements and analysis. Generate and present SPP KPI scorecards and data quality metrics to be utilized for SPP facing business reviews led by the SCG SP NAD team. Craft SPP internal dashboards to facilitate analysis by channel, account, and brand. Develop & maintain Patient Access Metrics and Dashboarding including recommendations for PAS KPIs and custom analytics to monitor the performance of Patient Access Solutions programs across all Janssen Neuroscience brands. Support ongoing initiatives to link HUB and specialty pharmacy data to create organizational visibility to full patient journey at the HUB and specialty pharmacies. Ensure active collaboration and ongoing governance of responsibilities between CE teams supporting brand and SCG by actively contributing to CE “One Team” approach and providing governance and communication of CE responsibilities in support of specialty pharmacy analytics.
