The Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day brand strategy and portfolio management to help drive growth for the US, with a primary focus on Skin Health brands. Specifically, the Marketing Specialist will: Support the Brand Management team in development of brand strategy, planning, and execution of brand/product plans with a digital first approach to help driving short and long-term sustainable growth, while building strong brand equities. Understands and advocates for consumer needs and preferences. Proactively looks for opportunities to expand brand passion and improve consumers experiences with the Brand to deliver brand growth goals. Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform development of, &/or changes required to, marketing plans. Partner with Market Insights & Research, category/sales analytics partners to develop learning plans and assessment of marketing plans (define KPI's, assess against goals, implement optimizations) Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales Supports the creation of holistic digital first plans for brand communications to develop and distribute content successfully during moments that matter across multiple channels, including linking to omni-channel shopper & retail activation. Supports Brand Management and Customer Strategy teams to develop omni-channel retail strategy and plans tied to brand strategy and business objectives. Manage brand budget and analytics to help deliver brand P&L goals. Have close partnership with innovation teams to influence innovation pipeline with consumer insights and marketplace knowledge. Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time Qualifications A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required. A minimum of 1 year of marketing experience is required Ability to independently organize and complete assigned work Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix, changing environment Ability to access, assess, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from data Ability to create impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of studies Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, database information sources, and web applications Up to 25% travel required Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
