Master Data Analyst (12 months contract)

For our Consumer Health Care department, located in Santa Palomba – Pomezia (Rome), we are looking for a Master Data Analyst to be hired with temporary contract of 12 months. The Master Data Analyst will: Create and maintain customers information systems data in accordance with the Master Data Management (MDM) policies and procedures Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality Set up and maintains product catalogues according with planning inputs Troubleshoot and resolve issues relative to customer and BOM setup using established guidelines Identify areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement or process design strategies Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science or related field preferred Experience working with relational databases Good personal computer and business solutions software skills (Access is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above) Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.
