The Medical Education Manager, Neuroscience Digital Lead is a role that uses strategic insights to develop and implement national digital learning programs. This role will enable significant collaboration opportunities across many internal (regional & national) and external partners with the development and execution of new digital educational strategies in Neuroscience. Major Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Digital Channel Management Alignment with the National Medical Education Manager (NMEM) on the objectives and resources required to develop and implement digital medical education plans Proactively work on the improvement virtual educational strategies and tactical execution, in collaboration with the NMEM Develop Digital Customer Engagement Strategies: Provide strategic direction in the advancement of existing and the creation of new virtual, on-demand, and hybrid (live & virtual) learning activities based on customer insights and identified learning needs within CNS. Lead the development of digital medical education plans by providing strategic direction based on customer knowledge, attitude and skill gaps and identifying the right mix of programs to use within each area, based on insights. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on an ongoing basis and apply strategic insights to shape digital educational plans. Manage the coordination and digital execution of the online educational programs to deliver digital educational excellence. Publish digital content, maintain continuity of themes, design layout and streamline navigation. Develop and progress integrated digital omnichannel solutions that compliment national educational objectives (i.e., email sequencing for learning events). Project budget oversight and management. Analyze digital industry trends, programs, and proprietary data for insights into anticipated educational needs with a digital solution. Lead digital projects through compliance, IT, and material review processes Digital Learning Program Development and Execution Plan and complete strategically aligned digital learning programs and effectively coach speakers on the content of programs, technology and learning needs of the audience as required. This includes nationally developed programs, speaker tours, symposia, conferences, and other interventions as needed. Use appropriate tools to support interactive learning opportunities and improve impact in the digital learning environment. Development of National platform programs, vendor management, consideration for live, virtual and hybrid engagements. Oversight of digital evaluation process and ongoing analysis of data to uncover insights for future strategic planning. Ongoing assessment of learning needs to ensure digital activities are tailored to individual customer knowledge, attitude, and skill gaps. Vendor Management (lead project meetings with client and internal teams to discuss digital offerings, identify innovative and creative digital solutions) Scientific Acumen and KOL Development Attend/participate in major conferences (National and International) as needed. Develop strong relationships with key regional, national, and international KOLs based on a strategic KOL engagement plan to support regional and national learning activities. Stay on top of scientific literature/clinical data related to SCZ, MDD and ADHD and translate relevant data into applicable tactics for knowledge transfer to health care professionals. Omnichannel coordination Collaborate with and provide expert-level CHE/OLA consultation and support across the CNS Medical Education Regional Managers. Use data to uncover deep customer insights that will shape future strategies and learning activities. Assess, on an ongoing basis, regional learning needs to ensure activities are tailored to individual customer knowledge, attitude, and skill gaps. Support Medical Education franchise and Medical Affairs department projects to enhance organizational impact and efficiencies. Qualifications A minimum of a University degree is required preferably in Business, Life Sciences or related Health Sciences field A minimum of 5 years of professional related experience is required Prior experience in a Medical Education role as well as experience across sales and/or marketing is required Experience in Neuroscience (Schizophrenia, MDD and ADHD) is preferred Proven project management experience combined with strong planning and organizational skills is required Experience with Qualtrics is preferred Proven strength in teamwork and collaboration across multiple internal partners Ability to put data into perspective and communicate it concisely In depth knowledge of IMC code and Healthcare Compliance policies and procedures is required Demonstrated ability to work closely with KOLs to gain key insights is preferred Experience in developing and implementing successful virtual, digital and live CHE/OLA learning activities is highly desirable Knowledge of principles of adult learning is required Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestic and international, based on the needs of the business.
