Medical Representative

Medical Representative Location: Iasi, Romania Contract: full-time The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Advises on a plan to achieve objectives through servicing of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory. Schedules appointments and makes preplanned presentations to customers. Constant work on POSM placement and improvement of visibility in pharmacies Regular visits following a planned routing to pharmacies for OTC and personal care brands, according to monthly priorities set by BDM Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers and KOL’s Optimize the use of resources & activities. Maintain and improve HCP list in the area of responsibility Acquire and maintain product & disease knowledge of J&J products. Follow up competition systematically and provide feedback. Prepares detailing reports and documents as required. Ensure the implementation of company's HCC policy, processes and rules Compliance with all the relevant J&J business conduct policies including Business Conduct Policy and the Health Care Compliance Policy.
