整形外科医に対して、外科的手術に使用する生体内固定インプラント（外傷製品）を取り扱い、その安全性及び有効性の啓蒙活動ならびに患者様が抱える課題へのソリューション営業を担当していただきます。
顧客のニーズに応えるべく、事業部内では専門性を保持し、外傷製品を取り扱うトラウマセールスチームは他事業部と連携しながら、ビジネス上ではシナジー効果、社内的には人材育成及びキャリアプランの可能性を最大化することに努めています。
トラウマビジネスは、四肢の外傷製品を取り扱い、歴史的にマーケットリーダーを維持し、そして今後も新製品の導入を継続的に計画しています。圧倒的な製品ポートフォリオとセールスカバレッジにより、更なるシェアアップと共に他社の追随を許さないポジションを目指しています。
