    We are searching the best talent for MSL Oncology to be in Mexico City.

    Purpose:  Be responsible for exchanging scientific knowledge with opinion leaders in the corresponding therapeutic area; to incorporate relevant medical inputs collected in the field and useful for the development of internal strategies. Also provide support to the education program for healthcare professionals, and scientific support to colleagues in other internal areas of the company. Additionally, he/she carries out the implementation of the clinical strategic plan in a given area or geographic region.

              You will be responsible for: 

    • Provide input and be an essential part of the implementation of medical area plans, including the identification of critical pathways and follow-up on projects.
    • Establish and provide strategic leadership for the medical area, develop and execute initiatives for new molecules in the portfolio: a.Work with the medical team and implement new product launch readiness programs and lifecycle management for already marketed products.
    • Function as a scientific expert in the field for internal and external customers within areas where he/she has knowledge and preparation such as clinical, scientific and/or health economics: a. Provide support to opinion leaders, area physician community, researchers and other healthcare professionals. b. Provide medical training to independent researchers/physicians and the company's in-house team.  c. Respond to requests for scientific information from health care professionals via one-on-one interaction or through group discussions, discussing disease state concepts and complex medical situations. d. Owning competitive intelligence strategies through the incorporation of field inputs into the therapeutic area strategic plan. 
    • Collect requests for scientific information on topics for which the company proactively disseminates or does not proactively disseminate scientific data: a. Proposals to support medical education activities. b. Requests from physicians and/or healthcare professionals for studies that are investigator-initiated, aligned with the company's policies. c. Any medical and/or scientific questions related to the therapeutic areas where he/she is as a consultant. d. Topics focused on disease and product training. 
    • Provide feedback and intelligence on market changes, commercial and clinical strategies and competitors. 
    • Ensure maintenance of appropriate compliance standards through auditing and training programs.
