    【職務概要】

    "脊椎専門医へのIMPLANT販売のための提案営業"

    スパイン事業部では、現在含めて継続的に新製品の導入が加速していきます。その中で営業部として脊椎外科医へ提案営業を行える人材を募集致します。

    整形外科医に対して、外科的手術に使用する生体内固定インプラントを取り扱い、その安全性及び有効性の啓蒙活動ならびに患者様が抱える課題へのソリューション営業を担当していただきます。医師への製品プロモーション、当社製品の安全使用を目的とした手術立会い、代理店と協働した物流管理を主活動としながら患者様のQOL向上を追及しております。

    ＜職務経験＞

    • 営業経験3年以上

    医療業界経験者は尚可
    飛び込み営業の経験者は尚可

    ＜必要とする能力• スキル＞

    • コミュニケーション能力（傾聴などのSalesスキル含む）

    • 基本的なPCスキル

    • 所属支店/営業所管轄内で国内出張など苦にされない方

    ＜資格／免許＞

    • 普通自動車運転免許（安全運転を重視しております）

    ＜学歴＞

    大卒以上

    ＜求める人物像＞

    • 柔軟な対応ができ、行動力のある方

    • 目標達成意欲が高く実行力のある方

    • 自己管理が出来、リーダーシップが発揮できる方
