Flawless execution of all insight activities required to drive the success of the business and pipeline as needed.
Proactively providing fact-based insights and analytics to address specific business needs.
Developing new product forecasts based on insights from primary and secondary market research.
Provide foundational learning that helps to ensure that new products and programs are grounded in the understanding of marketplace dynamics
Provide quarterly platform market and share insights
Provide mid-to-long range forecasting of key platform markets and share across priority geographies.
A minimum of a BS or BA Degree is required. An MBA or MS Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in market research, forecasting, strategic insights, business analytics, strategic forecasting, or a related field is required.
Experience in the NHIA Data analysis, medical device, hospital specialty, or healthcare field is preferred.
Experience in New Product Development and Innovation is preferred.
Proven track record of working in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration and influence is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and analytical tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, or PowerBI) is required. Proficiency in analytical tools (SPSS, SAS, R, Python) is preferred.
