J&J MedTech Korea is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, located in Seoul.

[Key responsibilities]

• Maximize growth and long-term value creation by influencing strategic choices and prioritization; formulate and operationalize a viable mid-to-long-term strategy.

• Take an agile approach to P&L management. Drive forecasting accuracy and improve scenario/contingency planning, dynamically allocate resources in dealing with volatility and uncertainly: Support local partnership and SC localization initiatives

• Partner with regional supply chain finance team to drive and deliver OPEX improvement and hold accountable for delivering financial targets

• Automate OCNIS (other cost not in standard), Improving the quality of analysis

• Full responsibility for Supply Chain related intercompany transactions

[Required Qualifications]

• Education - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting

• Minimum 5+ years of finance or supply chain finance experience

• Strong experience and understanding of standard cost and P&L

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office application

• Power-Excel and SAP users are preferred.
