[Summary]

The position is responsible for supporting transparency reporting management, which is for local regulation, government requirement and high quality of compliance standard. The responsibility will focus on transparency reporting monitoring, with primary data reconciliation and analytics.

[Responsibilities]

1. Mainly responsible for managing provision of sample and demo equipment transparency reporting.

2. The position will support that transparency reporting process effectively works with high quality of data integrity.

3. Assist Associate CEM Manager on additional task as assigned.

4. Support the transparency report process by effective monitoring process in the collaboration with the regional transparency reporting team, local commercial team, and Health Care Compliance team.

[Requirements]

Minimum:

• Person with disability (must have disability certificate)

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Keen on managing large number of data/good at numbers and logic

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office application- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong verbal communication skills in Korean

• Good working proficiency in English

• High level of integrity with good ethical core values

• Able to communicate verbally with large group of people

• Able to review electronic documents (MS Dynamics, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF etc.)

• Able to communicate telephonically

• Able to use common office equipment (laptop, telephone, printer/copiers)

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred

• Good understanding of local healthcare regulation is preferred

• Able to go business trip if needed (domestic)

[직무상세]

국내 규정과 정부 요건에 맞추어 지출보고서가 작성될 수 있도록 관련 데이터를 모니터링, 관리합니다.  

[담당업무]

1. 견본품, 데모 장비의 지출보고서 모니터링/작성

2. 데이터 관리를 통한 전반적인 지출보고서 프로세스 지원

3. Associate CEM Manager의 업무 지원

4. Local commercial team, Health Care Compliance team and Regional transparency reporting team 과의 협업을 통한 지출보고서 모니터링 업무 지원

[자격요건]

기본요건:

• 장애인복지법 제2조 및 장애인복지법 시행령 제2조에 따른 장애인으로서 장애인 등록을 완료한 자

• 학사 이상

• 데이터 모니터링, 분석, 관리 능력

• 컴퓨터활용능력 우수자 (Microsoft Office application- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 비즈니스 영어 소통 능력 

• 전자 문서 검토 능력 (MS Dynamics, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF etc.)

• 비대면 커뮤니케이션 (가상회의, 스마트폰)이 원만한 분

• 기본 사무 용품 사용이 가능한 분 (컴퓨터, 스마트폰, 프린터 등)

우대사항:

• 의료 업계 업무 경험

• 의료 업계 컴플라이언스와 관련된 규정에 대한 높은 이해도

• 국내 출장이 가능한 분
