We are searching the best talent for a MSL Manager to be in Mexico City, Mexico. Purpose: Develops medical science liaison plan (functional and operational). Essential Duties: - Harmonize MSL field model - Implements performance management initiatives to ensure professional development of Medical Science Liaison staff. - Standarize field effectiveness KPIs - Develops medical science liaison's budgetary plan and establishes cost controls to ensure expenses do not exceed its boundaries. - Communicates company's objectives and strategies to team. - Work as a bridge between Medical managers and MSL to ensure the implementation of the tactical field plan and the stakeholders plan. - Lead the institutional stakeholders roadmap - Gains commitment from internal business partners to achieve organizational goals. - Partners with key thought leaders and academic institution to advocate the responsible use of innovative therapies. - Manages planning and implementation of continuing education workshops, seminars, programs and advisory boards for physicians, pharmacists and scientists. - Evaluates the analysis of clinical studies to ensure it is consistent with the company's objectives and strategy. - Manages delivery of medical information to internal/external health sources. - Ensures information and material availability and completeness, and regulatory compliance. - Delegates assignments to direct reports and supervises the communication of benefits of key products to academic organizations and teaching hospitals. Qualifications Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of previous industry experience, preferably in MSL role, is strongly preferred. Scientific Acumen: In-depth scientific and/or therapeutic knowledge and experience in the therapeutic area required. Some research and health care system knowledge is required This role will support a specific territory and will require up to 25% travel. Advanced English level is required.
