One of our focus areas is Cell Therapy and CAR-T, a paradigm shifts in treating cancer and a game changer for patients. CAR-T require a close collaboration with a team of cross discipline staff at the hospitals and a completely new way of working for the pharma industry. The hospital is a part of the supply chain and patients are their own treatment. Hospitals need to be certified to be able to treat patients.
The CAR-T and Cell Therapy business will be a meaningful contributor to the overall Nordic organization.
In this role you will experience being in a dynamic environment with motivation, passion and innovation being key drivers for success. You will use your experience to help develop and drive implementation of cross-functional and multi-channel communication and tactical plans. You will get to learn a new area, Cell Therapy and together we will build up a new Nordic Cell Therapy business.
The Nordic Brand Manager will report to the Nordic Business Lead Cell Therapy. The position can be located in any of the Nordic offices; Solna, Birkerød, Oslo or Helsinki.
To be successful you need to have a strong patient and customer centric approach. You also have a can do-attitude and are an excellent teammate. You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and have excellent skills in influencing and encouraging without authority.
You have experience within marketing development and execution based on an omnichannel approach or have an interest in the social media and digital marketing field. Further, you are experienced in project management and multi-channel marketing execution, and have an understanding of the Nordic healthcare systems and structure, including applicable HCC rules and marketing implications.
You need to be open for new ways of working and collaborate in partnership with diverse stakeholders.
