The Opportunity In the dynamic and challenging world of the FMCG industry the Business Intelligence Team is integral to our success in delivering quality outcomes to internal stakeholders. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable, proactive and motivated person to support our business. As an integral part of the Business Intelligence and Analytics team you will be the SME and business owner for the systems and data that support our National Operations and Field Sales team: Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the field sales enabling tool (Perenso). Including loading of objectives, content and ongoing support to the National team Ongoing support of Perfect Store across ANZ through reporting, best practice sharing and helping drive a perfect store culture Support Trax Image recognition technology driving Perfect Store KPIs and objectives Support Peformio Sales Commission system Be the Subject Matter Expert for field sales data Be an integral part of projects to improve BI capabilities and enable better decision making Qualifications It's all about YOU Strong excel skills and passion for Sales, BI, and analytics (Preferred) Knowledge of BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx), and experience with IQVIA and IRI data Strong collaboration skills and strength in building relationships with wide range of stakeholders Have agility to meet changing demands; as well as be proactive and impactful Be results orientated with efficient planning and organization skills In return you will have an opportunity to work with a highly supportive and positive team who want to see you and the team perform.
