An opportunity is available for a friendly and highly self-motivated individual to join us. Reporting to the Team Leader, some of your key responsibilities will include: • Receiving, checking and dispatching loan sets for surgeries • Processing and handling customer enquiries from internal and external customers • Inventory control and stock review as necessary • Partner with sales to ensure a seamless service is provided to our customers The key focus is ensuring quality, error-free loan sets are sent to hospitals for patients undergoing life changing orthopaedic procedures. The rostered hours for this role vary between 7.30am – 4.30pm, and 9am – 6pm. The role will be physically challenging at times, so you will need to be comfortable working on your feet and being very hands on in your work.
