    To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Pricing & HTA Manager (m/f/d)

    As Manager Pricing & HTA, you will use your HTA expertise to actively contribute to the development of our innovative pipeline products and our existing product portfolio. You will work with a cross-functional team and with our global colleagues.

    HTA & Health Economics Modelling:

    • Creating storyboard drafts for health economic models and providing significant input to their further development

    • Creating support materials for finished economic models, e.g. B. Reports and training programs

    • Clinical and economic input for product value dossiers and preparation of supporting materials for external communication

    • Monitor the competitive environment for HTA results and pricing developments

    • Monitor regional market access developments and changes in the healthcare sector impacting the product portfolio

    • Support country teams to ensure that each product has appropriate market access plans to implement the global strategy in the context of the local payer environment

    Market Access Strategies:

    • Support market access strategies and provide strategic input for pricing

    • Support the local price negotiation process and identify innovative solutions for market access, including innovative pricing and contract agreements with national payers

    • Monitor market access results

    Literature and data review:

    • Develop strategies for structured and systematic literature reviews

    • Manage the entire review process (review of abstracts, selection of articles and data extraction)

    • Review publications, abstracts, posters and manuscripts based on economic models

    Qualifications:

    You have initial experience in Health Economics / HTA and experience in developing and implementing market access strategies. We are looking for a candidate with strong proficiency in Excel. Ideally, you have a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or MPH or equivalent. Understanding of drug development and regulatory affairs is a plus.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in Health Economics / HTA and/or Market Access
    • Advanced English skills
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
    • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases
